AuTec Environmental Technologies Limited. (hereinafter 'company') provides the content and services on this AuTec website ('website'). By accessing and purchasing in the website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed, to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.

 

1. AuTec Website

i)  The product picture(s) at website is simply for reference only, all take material object as the standard.

ii) Web site’s product price, promotion, terms and conditions as well as restrictions may be different in the market.

 

2. Order Verification


After receiving your order, company will check the information you provide for validity. Company also verifies the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased products. Company reserves the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive notification of order cancellation.


3. Payment


After customers completed order details confirmation, the payment procedures will be processed and company will not capture user’s credit card information in this process. Customers will only be charged when the order is successfully accepted.


4. Goods Exchange

  • Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages to their appearances or whether all accessories are delivered.
  • Company guarantees the exchange of product within 14 days of purchase if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product*. You are allowed to exchange it with a product of the same model number. If the same model is sold out or out of stock, you may exchange your product with another product of the same kind and same price. Re-delivery will be arranged.
  • Please contact our company for the exchange.

 

*Your product exchange request will NOT be accepted under any of the following conditions:

    • Return request is submitted over 14 days after the date product is received;
    • Not purchased at AuTec website;
    • Product that not in complete packing;
    • Product that damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage;
    • Product that has undergone any repair;
    • All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. otherwise, the retail value will be charged;
    • Request based on personal preference only;
    • Product is damaged due to improper usage/operation;
    • Company reserve the final right of determination.

 

5. Dispute

  • If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this disclaimer, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  • In case of dispute, Company reserves the rights for final decision.
